3) To order the EMDRIA
Credit Examination - from Andrew M. Leeds, Ph.D.
The price for the examination
packet is $20. It includes a written course evaluation, a
10 item multiple-choice examination, and an answer sheet. A
passing score of 70% is needed to document course
completion and receive credit. The form documenting your
EMDRIA credits will be dated as of the date of passing the
exam. You may retake the examination to obtain a passing
score. The first retake is without additional charge. For
subsequent retakes, there is a $10 fee.
